Build the future: Real Estate, REICs & Development in focus

Returning this year with an exciting new conference segment dedicated to the real estate market and its latest developments, Build Expo Greece reaffirms its position as the premier annual event for the construction and building industry. The 2025 edition will be held from October 9 to 12, at Metropolitan Expo, in Athens, Greece.

On the 9th of October, a major conference event is scheduled under the title: “Build the Future: Real Estate, REICs & Development in Focus”. This segment will feature two highly engaging panels with speakers from top construction and real estate investment companies in the Greek market, who will honour the exhibition with their presence.

Among the topics to be discussed is: “Trends in the real estate market and the interest of foreign buyers: Greek real estate is maturing”, with participants including representatives from companies such as Dimand Real Estate, Lamda Development, and Mr. Giorgos Gavriilidis, CEO of Elxis – At Home In Greece.

The second panel will be entirely dedicated to the investment activity of Real Estate Investment Companies (REICs) and will be titled: “The Role of REICs in Development: New Investments, Plans, and Sector Prospects”. Participants will include Prodea Investments and top executives from the sector, such as Mr. Tassos Kazinos, CEO of Trastor REIC, Mr. Mihalis Panagis, CEO of Noval Property REIC, Mr. Kostas Markazos, CEO of Premia Properties REIC, and Ms. Anna Apostolidou, CEO of BriQ Properties REIC. They will present their investment strategies and the future opportunities emerging in the market, shaped by new trends and building uses.
